We know ranch kids like to tell stories, and we gave them the chance to tell their ranching story on paper for the opportunity to win a $500 savings bond. The finalist essays were displayed at the 2012 World Championship Ranch Rodeo’s kickoff celebration Nov. 7 in Amarillo, Texas. The winner of each age group, as selected by the WRCA board of directors, recieved a $500 saving bond from WRCA.
